I'm the owner + curator at Southside Vintage. I live in Sacramento, CA with my doggo, Dylan. I opened Southside Vintage in April 2017 and started managing the shop full-time in August 2017. My shop is inspired by global citizenship and the resilience of nature. I look for items that celebrate cultures from around the world, special pieces that work well for travelers, and treasures made from natural fibers. I also purchase carbon offsets from Terra Pass to mitigate the carbon footprint of shipping. I've worked as a sales associate at Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Macy's, and Old Gold (a rad vintage + handmade shop in Sacramento). I've also worked as an Americorps volunteer and Program Coordinator at a small non-profit. I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2013 where I majored in Peace and Conflict Studies with a focus on Human Rights. I also attended Seton Hall University in New Jersey, l'Institut Catholique de Paris, and Sacramento City College. I enjoy listening to podcasts (I'm obsessed with 2 Dope Queens and A Piece of Work right now), hanging with Dylan at the dog park, traveling, and watching TV (RHONYC + RHOC are life, 30 Rock reruns, Broad City forever).
